I downloaded Far Too Many eBooks With Resell Rigths And Now I Am Overwhelmed & Confused If Only I Could Get Organized!

Talking with friends and associates online I have finally figured out I am not the only one losing track of my Internet marketing eBooks, scripts and software downloads. As an Internet marketer I have accumulated thousands of products and files which eventually became overwhelming in the management area. It really seems to be a human thing.

I tried to create a database to control the ever growing nightmare of products but I am not the best programmer and that didn't last long and I was out of control again. Each attempt at organizing it all just made me more frustrated. Kind of a hopeless feeling.

I really started getting stressed when I realized I had actually purchased the same products more than once and I don't like throwing my money away. The result of all this chaos...?

- I have trouble finding things I know I purchased. I even had a product for sale that I had lost which I only realized after someone purchased and sent me an email requesting its location. Well, long story short, I never found it, I had to go out and purchase it again.

- We forget 80-95% of what we've got. Information overload and overwhelmed.

Well there is now a solution to this problem and I am more than excited. Alex Goodall has come up with a solution, a product called The Internet Marketing Index or IM-Index and it is worth its weight in gold.

Now I am getting caught up on all those missplaced files and as I get new products I store them and actually find them now.

Fortunately, Alex Goodall, being one of the leading experts in the field of Knowledge Management has done two things to crack this difficult problem.

Firstly, he's worked out a detailed "taxonomy" of internet marketing. Which really just means, he has identified the topics that make up internet marketing, and figured out how they relate to each other.

Secondly, he's organized these into a Mind Map (the IM Index Mind Map) and used that as a visual interface onto a folder structure for holding all internet marketing downloads.

Because I was getting so confused I didn't totally understand what Alex meant but he has a couple of videos that cleared all the mystery and really sold me on the product. Take a couple of minutes, stop looking for those files, and look at the videos on this site http://im-index.com/im/?index=129. I think you'll enjoy watching them.

This knowledge management expert is called Alex Goodall, and he's calling himself the "Internet Marketing Knowledge Manager". I call him the man of the hour because he helped save my sanity I am sure.

He's caused quite a stir with this simple, but very powerful idea, and I'm looking forward to seeing where he goes next.

But in the mean time, you'll get some good ideas about how to organize your downloads by watching his videos.
